1. What Yaar AI is

Yaar AI ("the Service") is an AI-powered conversation coaching tool for entertainment purposes. Suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and are not professional, psychological, or relationship advice. You are solely responsible for what you send to other people and for the outcomes of your conversations.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to harass, stalk, deceive, or pressure anyone.
• Do not use it to contact someone who has asked you to stop contacting them.
• Do not upload content that you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Pro subscriptions (₹99/month or ₹999/year) are billed through Razorpay via UPI Autopay, cards, or other supported methods. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Fair use

"Unlimited" usage is subject to a fair-use cap (currently 300 messages/day) to prevent abuse. Free tiers have daily limits shown in the app.

6. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any outcome — including replies, dates, or relationships. AI output can be wrong, weird, or unsuitable; use your judgment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app.
