Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your Google email and name when you sign in.
• Content: the messages, names, and context you type, and screenshots you upload for analysis.
• Usage: message counts (for daily limits), plan status, and product analytics events (via PostHog).
• Payments: handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card/UPI details.

How we use it

• To generate coaching replies (your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce responses; Anthropic does not train models on this data).
• To save your chats and person profiles to your account.
• To enforce free-tier limits and operate subscriptions.
• To improve the product through aggregate analytics.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never share your conversations with other users or third parties beyond the processors above.
• We never contact anyone on your behalf.

Screenshots

Uploaded screenshots are processed to generate a reply and are not permanently stored — only the text of your message and the AI's reply are saved to your chat history.

Deletion

Deleting a person in the app permanently deletes all chats about them. To delete your entire account and data, use the contact page — we complete deletion within 30 days.

Data location & security

Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security so only your account can access your rows. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS).
