Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling
You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from Settings → Cancel subscription in the app. Cancellation stops future charges immediately; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. UPI Autopay mandates are cancelled automatically.
Refunds
- Accidental / duplicate charge: full refund — contact us within 7 days of the charge.
- Service failure: if the Service was materially unavailable for more than 48 hours in your billing period, contact us for a pro-rated refund.
- Change of mind: monthly plans are not refunded (you keep access until the period ends). Yearly plans can be refunded pro-rata within the first 14 days.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
